✅ What’s Included (Inclusions)
Comfortable Accommodation:
Gangtok (2 Nights): Stay in a well-appointed hotel/resort (Standard or Deluxe as per your choice).
Lachen (1 Night): Stay in a cozy mountain lodge/hotel (Note: Lachen is a remote area, so accommodations are neat, clean, and basic but comfortable).
Lachung (1 Night): Stay in a beautiful alpine-style hotel/homestay.
Meal Plan (Delicious & Fresh):
In Gangtok: Daily European Plan (EP) or Bed & Breakfast (CP) format.
In North Sikkim (Lachen & Lachung): Full Board Meal Plan including 4 Meals (Day 2 Lunch & Dinner, Day 3 Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Day 4 Breakfast & Lunch). Mostly local, fresh, hot Indian/Sikkimese cuisine.
Dedicated Transportation:
Complete ground transport from NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport (IXB) and back.
Point-to-point sightseeing as per the itinerary in a comfortable vehicle (Non-AC on hills as AC is not required).
Group tours use shared vehicles (Max 10 Pax), while Deluxe tours use private luxury SUVs like Scorpio, Innova, or Xylo.
Official Permits & Documentation:
Processing of Protected Area Permits (PAP) required by the Indian Army and Sikkim Government to visit restricted zones like Lachen, Lachung, and Gurudongmar Lake.
All inner-line permit operational charges.
Driver & Vehicle Expenses:
Professional mountain driver charges, night halt allowances, fuel costs, toll taxes, and parking fees.
❌ What’s Not Included (Exclusions)
Airfare / Train Tickets:
Any flight tickets to Bagdogra or train tickets to NJP/Siliguri.
Optional High-Altitude Excursions:
Zero Point (Yumesamdong), Mt. Katao, or Kala Patthar: These sites are heavily dependent on weather conditions and military clearance. The vehicle cost to visit these points is not included and must be paid directly to the driver on-spot (Approx. ₹3,500 – ₹5,000 per vehicle per spot).
Personal Expenses & Upgrades:
Any laundry, telephone calls, room service orders, or extra snack/beverage purchases.
Room Heater Charges: Hot water and room heaters at Lachen/Lachung hotels are subject to availability and electricity supply, and hotels usually charge a nominal fee on-spot.
Entry Fees & Activities:
Entry tickets for specific monasteries, waterfalls, flower exhibitions, or any adventure activities like paragliding or river rafting.
Insurance & Medical Costs:
Travel insurance, medical evacuation charges, or any emergency medicine/oxygen cylinder rental if required at high altitudes.
Unforeseen Expenses:
Any extra expenses arising due to natural calamities, landslides, heavy snowfall, political roadblocks, flight delays, or route diversions beyond our control. (In such cases, any extra hotel stay or extra vehicle cost will be charged directly to the client).
